This lovely dress has a matching scarf that goes through loops on the shoulders. It has four buttons on each side to fasten the top of a side split.
The dress is lined to the waist & sheer below, so it would need to be worn on something i.e. leggings. It is very light and floaty.
The actual colour is a lovely light blue, lighter than seen in the photos.
